Unlike some companies where you have to wait until Friday to wear your comfortable clothes, casual day is every day at
AT-GC. Our dress, like our work environment is informal and relaxed. We're not talking Dockers here...we're talking jeans! But don't get us wrong, when it comes to our work, we're all business....we just like to be comfortable.
Okay, so casual dress is what you see on the outside, but what's it really like to work at
AT-GC...in the inside? Well, first of all consider the industry we live in....it's intense, it's competitive, it's fast-paced, and you've got to have your technology act together in order to succeed. That means we have to be quick, we have to innovate, we have to listen and respond to our customers, and we have to be leading edge. This takes people who are willing to jump in and learn new things, to offer ideas, to deliver on commitments, and to look for ways to continuously improve. It takes people who are ready to contribute as individuals and work cooperatively as team members. It takes people with different backgrounds and views.
