401-K, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, & Profit Sharing
401-K Savings Plan
This plan offers an excellent opportunity to save for the future on a pre-tax basis. Plan features include:
generous AT-GC matching contribution (contribute 1% and we will add another 3% of your weekly earnings,
contribute at least 2% and we will add 6% of your weekly earnings), high-quality investment choices, convenient payroll deduction, on-line access to view and manage your account and a loan option.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Employees have the opportunity to purchase AT-GC stock at a discount through regular and convenient payroll deductions. This makes it easy for you to become a shareholder of AT-GC Technology and share in its potential future growth.
Profit Sharing Plan
This plan is designed to allow employees to share in AT-GC's profits by strengthening the relationship between the employee's efforts and the amount received. Profit Sharing is calculated quarterly.
Health Benefits
Medical
You have the flexibility to choose from two medical plan options. Each option offers comprehensive medical coverage, including prescription drugs. A wide variety of participating providers are available at all
AT-GC locations.
Dental
Your dental plan is designed to provide coverage for preventative care, basic services such as fillings;
and major services such as crowns and bridges.
Life Insurance
AT-GC provides basic life and AD&D (accidental death and dismemberment) insurance at no cost to employees. You can supplement this coverage by purchasing additional life and AD&D insurance for yourself, spouse and children.
Short Term and Long Term Disability
AT-GC provides income protection in the event of an approved short term disability (up to 1000 hours).
AT-GC also provides basic long term disability coverage in the event of an approved disability exceeding 1,000 hours. Employees can purchase additional long term disability coverage.
Time Off
Employee Managed Time Off
Employees accrue paid time off at the rate of approximately 80 hours in the first year of employment and increase their accrual by 40 hours per year at 1 year, 5 years, 10 years and 20 years of employment. In addition to paid time off, employees have a limited amount of unpaid time they can use.
Holidays
We offer ten paid holidays each year
Leaves of Absence
Medical, personal, parental and military leaves are available from AT-GC.
Continuing Education
Education Reimbursement
AT-GC supports additional education by providing reimbursement for tuition costs, books and other materials used in approved courses. Company sponsored seminars are also made available regularly to interested employees.
Relocation
AT-GC has a 4 tiered relocation benefit for employees who relocate at the request of the company. The tier and specific benefits available are determined by the employee's new position and range from basic home finding, moving and temporary living accommodations, to home sale and purchase, and packing and shipping of household goods.
Other Benefits
Medical and Dependent Care Spending Accounts
This benefit allows employees to direct part of their pay, on a pre-tax basis, into accounts that can be used later to pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical or dependent care expenses.
