Nanotechnology based analytics

AT-GC Analytics has developed proprietary technologies to covalently attach chemical biological molecules to Evident Technologiy’s EviDots™. Our technology applies its patent-pending surface treatments to prepare the dots. These life science quantum dot nanomaterials are offered as AnalyticalTags™ and are available in a variety of interface molecules including nucleic acids, proteins, peptides and small molecules and un-functionalized.

AnalyticalTags™ are biologically inert, conjugation-ready fluorescent labels that allow the life science researcher or product developer to capitalize on the unique semiconductor optical properties with a familiar biological interface. AnalyticalTags™ exhibit minimal nonspecific binding; they do not agglomerate in live cells; they have a wide range of fluorescence wavelengths; they offer improved multiplexing and greater signal-to-noise ratio.

AnalyticalTags™ are easily coupled to biological molecules using simple, common laboratory chemistries and techniques. No special buffers or proprietary reagents are required to create fluorescent probes.
