Our Commitment to Good Corporate Governance
Our long-term success as a company is largely determined
by the respect we earn from our many customers - our
patients and their families; their healthcare providers;
academic and corporate collaborators; government
regulators and elected officials; financial analysts and
prospective investors; our employees; and our
shareholders. This respect depends on the absolute
integrity we bring to everything that we do.
As a private company with research and development
programs to bring pharmaceutical products to the market,
Avanti Therapeutics could meet all of our scientific,
commercial and financial goals, and yet not merit our
customers' respect, if serious questions existed about
the ways in which we do our work.
From the Company's founding, we have insisted on
absolute integrity. AT-GC employees must adhere to the
highest ethical standards. We expect each other to
comply with the law, regulations, and Company policies
and procedures. Drug candidates must be tested
prudently, developed safely and expeditiously, and
manufactured with high quality. Each of us must be
familiar with the good business and scientific practices
relevant to our jobs. Our work must be performed
conscientiously and competently. Management decisions
must be made carefully and fairly. Everything done by
our employees, officers and directors must be above
reasonable reproach.
We are committed to creating sustainable value for our
owners - the AT-GC shareholders. Their investments in
AT-GC represent more than money; it is a trust they have
placed in us. Their investments must be used wisely;
corporate assets built with those investments must be
cared for responsibly.
On
this Corporate Governance page, we have posted our board
policies, code of conduct, and other good corporate
governance information. Here, and in the Contact Us
section, you'll find mail and email addresses and phone
numbers, should you wish to communicate with our Board
of Directors or any committee of the board (via the
corporate secretary), compliance officer, and ethics
officer if you have questions, suggestions or concerns
about AT-GC or its business practices.
